- Have all your ingredients ready to go because this dish cooks fast.
- Not a fan of shrimp? Then use a pound of chopped chicken breast.
- This dish would be absolutely delicious as a taco, by using flour or corn tortillas.
- Want it a little bit more spicy? Add an extra tablespoon of gochujang .
- Add shredded carrots and green onion for some extra crunch and taste.
- Do not over cook the Shrimp or they will be tough.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Gochujang chili sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced finely
1 tbsp ginger, minced finely
1 lb. shrimp, deveined and chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Combine the gochujang, lime juice, honey, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
- Add the chopped shrimp and mix well.
- Add the vegetable oil to a skillet and heat to medium- high. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain before serving.
- To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the shrimp into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco style.
