Chocolate Oreo Cookies are so surprisingly easy and delicious, you are going to want to make them all the time.
I thought of this idea from a cookie recipe I used to make all the time years ago. My husband was the youth minister of our church for 35 years and for most of that time I was helping him. Every year, we would take the teenagers to Youth Camp. Because it was quite pricey, we would have fundraisers to help the teens raise money for their trip. One of the fundraisers was a Bake Sale. I was always in charge of the Bake Sale and would have a few of them during the year since it was a good money maker. There were two baked goods I would make that were always popular. Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes and Funfetti Cookies. The latter is where this recipe came from.
I truly believe you are not only going to love how easy this recipe is, but you are going to have a hard time not eating more than one.
