Creamy Avocado Sauce is a creamy and tangy sauce perfect as a condiment to tacos and nachos or a great dip for your favorite tortilla chips.
One of my favorite meals to eat is tacos. There are so many different varieties and toppings that you could eat a different kind of tacos each day of the week.
Creamy Avocado Sauce is one of my favorite toppings to put on tacos or nachos. It is so easy to make and full of flavor.
Interesting Fact?
I wasn’t a big fan of avocados when I was younger. It may be because the avocados that grow in Florida are not my favorite. I know a lot of people do love them and one avocado can make you a lot of guacamole 😄but I think they are a little more bitter than the Haas variety that I enjoy.
So when I say one avocado in this recipe, I’m using the Haas avocados that are quite a bit smaller and in my opinion are a creamier and tastier avocado. If you are using the larger Florida avocado, use only half of it.
I’m sure a lot of you may disagree and I’m okay with that. 😜
